Paying attention to how you FEEL, truly feel, is a form, a method, of noticing intuition.
Now: There IS anxiety being felt about, say, the state of the world, and that makes it a bit difficult to know if what you are feeling is fear, or your intuition.
I will suggest: Fear and intuition cannot exist in the same space.
You could certainly feel fear about something you are also intuiting; however if it is what I will call “true” intuition, THAT sense will be fear-free.
This is an important distinction! Fear can make you feel as if you can predict what will occur, and all the moves you should make to ensure events turn out as you want, etc, etc. And you can quite happily call that intuition!
This is not intuition at all! It is a desire to control, and a demand for predictability!
Intuition is fear-free; and moves that you make to set up parameters that would support your intuition are often experienced with ease.
Moves you make based on fear are often wrought with struggle, miscommunication, stress, and strain.
It is a very appropriate time to be tracking the difference between these two quite distinct experiences, of fear vs. intuition.
This is something you will appreciate being very clear on, now, and in your future.
