POLICIES

Booking a Session

Once we decide on a time to meet, I’ll send you a payment link. Paying for your session confirms your booking.

Recording

I will digitally record your session if we meet using Skype, and will email you a link to download the audio. Technical glitches do very occasionally occur, and the recording is not guaranteed. It’s absolutely ok to use your own recording device if you’d like.

Session Details

If you require a schedule change, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This is your time, and it’s reserved for you once you’ve paid for your session. You’re responsible for full payment for any session canceled, missed, or re-scheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time.

Alternately, if you find you must cancel a session with less then 24 hours notice, you can gift that particular appointment time to someone else.

Our time is valuable, and I respect our agreement to meet. I will honor our appointments, and be on time as well. If by chance I am late for an appointment, you will receive the full time for the session.

It’s a rare possibility I may request a change in your appointment time; if so, I will strive to re-schedule your session as quickly as possible, or offer a full refund, your choice.

Workshops & Events

Paying for a limited-space workshop or event reserves your spot; once paid, there are no refunds offered. If you cannot make the event, you can gift your spot to someone else, or apply the funds to a one-on-one session. If a workshop is ever canceled, you’ll receive a full refund.

Refunds

There are no refunds for completed sessions, pre-paid session packages, or digital products.
